En ce moment, je travaille sur une illustration que j'ai envie de réaliser pour le forum Fan-Art du futur jeu massivement on-line PC Star Wars: The Old Republic.
J'ai enfin récupéré un stylet qui marche pour ma palette graphique Wacom et je vais essayer de m'en servir correctement !...

At the moment, I work on an illustration that I want to realize for the Fan-art forum of the future MORPG PC game Star Wars: The Old Republic.
I finally got back a stilet which works for my graphics Wacom tablet and I'm going to try to useit correctly!

J'ai enfin terminé les crayonnés du visage d'Alexia et j'ai finalisé ma composition.
Voici la dernière version de l'illustration mise à jour.
Il faut passer à la réalisation finale maintenant !

I finally ended the outlined of Alexia's face and I finalized my composition too.

1er juillet 2008 / July 1st, 2008

On arrive doucement mais surement vers le 6 juillet 2008... Cela fera 1 an que mon petit ange d'amour est née ! Le temps passe si vite. Alors, pour marquer cet événement, j'ai pris mes petits crayons pour rendre hommage au plus beau cadeau que la vie m'a faite...
Pour le moment, la composition est la suivante : un portrait en grand d'Alexia, avec 4 autres vignettes de son visage autour. Le rendu se fera en noir et blanc, sous Photoshop, avec des effets de matières.

We arrive slowly but certainly by July 6th, 2008... It will make on 1 year that my little angel of love was born... Time passes so fast. Then, to mark this event, I took my small pencils to honour the most beautiful present that the life made for me...
For the moment, the composition is the following one: a large portrait of Alexia, with 4 smaller ones all around. The medium will be made in black and white, under Photoshop, with effects of materials.

Juste avant de partir en vacances, Stéphane, mon collègue de travail, m'a montré le dessin qu'il commençait à réaliser pour le concours de Fan Art de Blizzard sur l'univers de World of Warcraft. Le thème est de mettre en scène le personnage Arthas brandissant l'épée Deuillegivre.
Le voir travailler m'a trop donner envie d'essayer de faire également une illustration sur ce thème... Après tout, personne n'a rien à perdre avec ce genre de concours. Et l'univers de WoW regorge d'idée et de réalisations superbes !
Alors, j'ai apporté mes petits crayons de dessin en vacances et j'ai commencé mon boulot dans la Bretagne sud où je me reposais avec ma petite femme et mon amour de petite fille.
J'aime beaucoup WoW, même si je ne connais pas toute l'histoire de l'univers et des personnages. J'ai trouvé pas mal de documentations sur le personnage d'Arthas et sa légendaire épée : Deuillegivre...
Et voilà pour le moment où j'en suis. Là, je vais commencer la mise en couleur... Rendu de la copie, avant le 21 juin prochain...
Il ne faut pas trainer ! J'espère que vous aimerez...

Just before going on holiday, Stéphane, my working colleague, showed me the drawing which he began to realize for Blizzard's Fan Art contest on the universe of World of Warcraft. The subject is to stage the character Arthas brandishing the sword Frostmourne.
To see him working has given me too much urge to try to make also an illustration on this subject... After all, nobody has to lose anything with this kind of competition. And the universe of WoW abounds in idea and in magnificent realizations!
Then, I brought my small drawing's pencils on holidays and I began my job in south Brittany where I rested with my little wife and my little love daughter.
I like very much WoW, even if I do not know all the story of the universe and the characters. I found quite a lot of documentations on the character of Arthas and his legendary sword: Frostmourne...
And here is for the moment when I am there. There, I am going to begin color... Depiction of the copy, before next June 21st...

J'ai toujours été un grand fan depuis tout petit de la série TV "les têtes brûlées"... Récemment, on m'a offert les DVD des différentes saisons qui existaient. Un vrai régal à revoir encore et encore !
Comme je n'avais pas spécialement d'idées pour une nouvelle pin-up, je me suis dit : pourquoi ne pas faire une pin-up sur cet univers ?
J'ai récupéré des photos de Corsairs, deux-trois bricoles et j'ai commencé un semblant de mise en page...
À suivre donc !...

I was always a big fan since any young of the series TV " Baa Baa Black Sheep"... Recently, we offered me DVD of the various seasons which existed. A true delight to be still seen again and still!
As I had specially no ideas for new one pine-up, I said myself: why not to make one pine-up on this universe?
I got back photos of Corsairs, two-three knickknacks and I began an appearance of layout...
